Heather is polite, pleasant, intelligent, dependable, and professional. In fact, she is the reason that I, as a resident of Huntington, choose bi-weekly haircuts at Mastercuts at Town Center Mall in Charleston.

Beware of the prices. I just returned back to this place as Heather did a good job with my haircut for a reasonable price. Today I had a root touch up, and she rings me up for a $69 for touch up + $10 additional for blow dry. They did not even style. just blow dry and a root touch up, but the bill says color long hair. When asked they said the color touch up price did not include blow dry....

I have had my hair cut by Michelle, Becca, and Heather. While Heather is my favorite, I know I can go to just about any of the employees there and good a good highlight and layers cut into my hair. If you can go early in the day you might get to be a walk-in, but on busy nights you will have to wait for a basic cut, and anything more than that you will need an appointment. The price may be lower than other salons, but you get what you pay for. The staff is often on the phone. They are shorthanded it seems all the time. They do not give you the attention you deserve nor always listen to what you want done with your haircut.
