Master Cuts

Lowering to 2 star. After 3-4 haircuts I am starting to see uneven ends, 2-3 inches difference. They just don't want to spend time on you. I think it's unprofessional and I will not be going back.

I went to make a appointment and the lady was so rude.I tried to ask a few simple questions and all you could hear was her making these rude sounds like hurry up already.That was enough to turn me off bad customer service and maybe a blessing as I found a great place to go where they listen and dont cut you off when you are talking.
