Initially the response and customer service was great. The repair applied did not fix our leaking porch roof and we have yet to have this project completed. Initial work done in June and now it's October. Have had recent contact with the contractor who is waiting for dry weather to try another solution. Communication has not always been responsive.

Received excellent service, quick response faster than I had anticipated. The work was done the day after we met the previous aftenoon to cost out the job, even though he had to travel all over to find the older metal sheets to match the ones on my roof to repair it. Could not ask for a better experience. I am putting Master Contracting in my contacts as "My Contractor"!

I hired them to come do a flat roof, they said it would last 50 years, didn't last one month, as soon as the rains came it started leaking. Wrong materials wrong technique, falsification on the tongue in groove they were to add. Lack of communication with company. No follow up on emails.

Work is well done. He doesn't recommend more costly work than he thinks you'll need. It's a small outfit, and very busy, so sometimes doesn't arrive when promised. Don't worry, he'll be there as soon as possible.
