This firm uses deceptive marketing practices. All over their website and on many other internet sites, they advertise that “Your first consultation is FREE.” Then when they call you back to schedule the consultation, they demand a fee. When one questions the fee, they hang up saying they will consult with the attorneys and call you back. But they do not call you back, even if you call them...

They lured me in with the ad for a free consultation and when I got there wanted a $25 consultation fee before they'd talk to me.
