Where has all the professionalism and good customer service gone? I've tried going to Massage Envy in Pasadena twice now and both times they have had to cancel my original appointments at the last minute. That's not even the worse thing about this location! I would love to be able to afford a massage every week but I can't do that. The only downside is that the membership was being forced on me, at least that's what I felt. I just don't like pushy people and the massage was less than an hour. On the plus side it was really clean I will go back soon.
