Well for the past month I have had a regular massage appointment Sunday 10am for massage, 11am for facial. Well whoever checked me out last time forgot to book for today, Mother's day and my birthday so I got there only to be informed I was not scheduled. Very disappointed

I have been a member for 5+ yrs and loved the one in Orlando (SODO). When I moved out this way for my job I got excited that they were getting a Massage Envy. Since then I have had more issues then I did in the years I went to the one in Orlando. Misinformation, last minute canceled appointment today. So disappointed. The staff is friendly and I love the atmosphere but it seems they can't get...
