This location is rude and unaccomodating. In 10 years I have never been spoken to like that or not "worked with". Not well run either. I should know I used to work for a location. STAY AWAY The concept is great but unfortunately as this is a franchise the locations are only as good as the owners/mgmt.

This place is the worst. The front desk is disorganized and will not stop to check you in thus eating away on your massage time.
