I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
