The actual technical work (double crowns) Dr. Taudel did was quite good. However, each time I came for appointment I've had to wait 35 to 45 minutes for her to see me. Today I waited 40 minutes past the appointment time; no one came out to say they were delayed or apologize for making me wait so long; I ultimately had to leave without getting a cleani ng.
