DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. I took my truck to this shop, because i had received decent service from martrix in the past. Although i know that they are a bit more expensive than other shops, i figured that the work would be done well. boy was i ever wrong. The slave cylinder on my clutch needed replacing, and i did not have space to drop the transmission myself. after taking my car to MaRtrix they told me that it also needed a master cylinder for the clutch. I had replace the master cylinder less than 3 months prior and only drove 1000 miles on it. after i got my truck back a day later than promised, it was stiff going into gears, and 56 miles down the road the transmission went out. the transmission they put in 6 months prior. now they claim that it is not their fault, and that the transmission had fluid in it, but when it went out i checked the fluid... bone dry. this is after they charged me $700+ for the slave and master(about $80 in parts) $620 for a job that takes 4hrs or less. this place will rip you off in a heartbeat. Now they want me to pay for another transmission. Marco, the owner, is a liar and a thief. Stay far far far far far away from this sham of an auto shop

Marco is the most honest mechanic I've found. I've been taking my car to him for nearly 5 years now. He is very upfront about everything, has always done a great job, and his prices are very fair.
