Dreadful experience! I brought in a pair of suede boots because of a dark spot on one of them & in return got boots with a shrunken lining, tops are wrinkled and dirty. My boots are VERY damaged and have gone from something to wear to work with dresses to something to wear to run errands or yardwork.
