Chef/Owner Jim McCardy only uses the freshest ingredients in his dishes. We are well known for our cornflake crusted Fantastic French Toast, Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict with spicy hollandaise sauce, and our California Orange Salad with house made San Pasqual dressing.
