Marshalls has the wonderful, yet unique, abiltiy to make me feel like a criminal when I go into this store, which after my last experiance is NEVER AGAIN.
I used to love to browse through the racks to find bargains. But the last two times I went I was herded like cattle and treated like a criminal.
When you go to the dressing room, you have to place your picks on a rack and have them counted by the attendent who gives you a numbered card. Upon exiting the dressing room, you must have your items counted for exiting approval.
When you decide to check out. There isn't a friendly ""Next!!""...
