A doctor that listens, wow. If it wasn't for Doctor Jackson I don't know where I would be today. He is kind and considerate a truly compassionate person

Takes several months to get an appointment, though Dr. Jackson can do both therapy and medications in my opinion he is only intersted in perscribing meds. Once he implied the suicides are a behavioral issue not related to depression.

I saw Dr.Jackson III for medication management and psychiatric care. I felt like he wasn't really listening to me. The medication was not working. In a puddle of tears I clearly expressed that to him.
I stayed with him for over a year but I nor my husband were seeing any improvement.

Dr. Jackson is a horrible psychiatrist. After seeing him for more than 4 years and trying to get some sort of reasonable treatment plan set up, having him change my medication more times than I can count, trying to remove me from all medication all together, change my medication dosages without even recording that it had been changed and then telling me that there is nothing wrong with me and...

I found Dr. Jackson to be a very arrogant and condescending physician. Regardless of how many physicians a person may have seen before Dr. Jackson or what has worked well for a patient in his/her past, he is the type of doctor that doesn't want to hear it or what the patient has to say.
