Wish it wasn't a lump rating. The coffee was amazing, am head over heels for the sputnik! However service not so much. It was my first time there, first time ever ordering, and the guy behind the counter acted no different than the sudo snobs @ a green and white logo coffee shop known world wide. Just went in and got a chai latte. The kid working the counter who looks like a Jersey Shore reject, with crappy tattoos was rude, stared us down like we were scum of the earth, didn't say 1 word to us, flipped cups that fell on the floor to the Barista, and who then walked to a corner to stare at us more, basically needs to not be in customer service.
