Tiffany did a great job serving our group! She was very patient and made us laugh. The lobby is beautiful, very comfortable, and cozy, There was plenty of seating which was important for a group of people, We came here a couple of nights during our trip to Memphis. Thank you!

Great hotel in a perfect central location. Close to the interstate and quick to downtown.
Rooms are excellent and lobby is remodeled and very user friendly.
Nice lobby bar with big screens.Good food and a super breakfast buffet.

After a long day of travel, Kimberly at 1 am got me a glass of milk when I needed one to wind down!
Thanks Kimberly and your work at a very nice hotel.... I recommend this place for a traveler coming through Memphis - nice room, nice lobby, nice concierge

The folks at the hotel were very accommodating, when our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, the got our cell phone number and called us when they were. They also gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat. Service was excellent and I would put this hotel on the top of your list in Memphis!

Stayed at the hotel on business for 2 weeks, Sunday through Thursday nights and experienced excellence from the staff and the accommodations. The front desk manager met my special requests as a Premier Elite and exceeded my expectations. SBux coffee readily available in the lounge and lobby. Convenient location can mean RR & road noise but it is manageable even...
