very up to date, clean , food very good, staff very nice and helpful. only negative - paper thin walls, you can hear alot of sounds

The room was neat. The staff was nice. The balcony over looking downtown Knoxville was great, but most of all the location to the Knoxville Civic Auditorium was the best. We were there to attend a concert and the hotel actually had a covered walkway that went right over to the Auditorium. We will stay there again. ...

nice overall

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It is very conveinient to downtown and an easy walk to many restaurants. I suggest McClouds on the Market and Riverside Tavern. It has a very nice sports bar with friendly staff, however the prices are quite high, like their restaurant. The meeting rooms are excellent. I thought charging $3.50 for a muffin and coffee as you go in was a bit cheesey. My...
