Worst company ever! I had Charlie's Hardware come out to look at my fridge because it wasn't cooling and they diagnosed it being the filter and possibly the compressor. I couldn't have Charlies fix it because come to find out it was under warranty still and Charlies was not supported by frigidaire; i don't know why because they had amazing customer service. Anyways, I called Mark because they were the closest to our house and supported under the warranty. I was told i had an appointment on Monday w ell Monday comes and no show i had to call and they said oops we didn't have you down. ...
Our extended warranty company for our dishwasher sent Marks Service Pro to our house.
Prior to even coming them concluded it needed a part and the wait started. They came to put in the replacement part to realize that was not the problem, but put it in anyway and charged our warranty company. They came out again with some parts, and apparantly did not install the parts that were needed as another company had to replace the parts they supposedly installed.
They came out a third time (after having to pretty much beg on the phone for service). And ordered a bunch of parts. Well...
