Your friend may be right! When I first started going there the service was amazing. Now there are a bunch of new workers who are not friendly at all. Maybe your friend is like me and knew what the service USED to be.
They also took away the public restroom. This is not a big deal for me but my 2 year old had to go and they wouldn't let her. She almost wet her pants. So I had to haul my 3 year...
