This UNLICENSED contractor bid a job for some hedging and clearing at $250.00. Half way through the job, he tells me that he's going to need another $150.00 for the "next phase"..?? After I regretfully pay him for the "next phase"(which had already been included in the original quote), he leaves half of the debris scattered across my yard among the mutilated hedges. This man is a nightmare!!...
