I took my daughter here to get some exercise and she had the best time. Everyone was so nice to us and the parents were friendly to new comers. It was all around a great time for my family, even dad liked it. I will be back

Customer service is outstanding at Bounce U. I paid an initial visit and met with the Owner. She showed me the space and I booked my son's first legitimate BD party with her. The only draw back I can see at Bounce U and what would prevent me from giving it 5 stars is the size. The party rooms are very small. It was difficult to maneuver the area with all the kids and parents in the room. ...

This place will wear you and you child(ren) out! Be prepared to play hard! The staff is very friendly, good in emergencies, and there is so much to do. Be sure to wear long pants! Plastic burn hurts!
