Got friendly helpful customer service when I called in a floral order two months ago to be delivered to a funeral home in Lubbock Texs. Positive responce from family memebers that received it. Called again today and got same helpful advise for a new order. Soon, Jasper

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered during RUSH week at Texas Tech and was told the flowers would be delivered that same day. I checked with my daughter and she did not get the flowers.. I called the florist and informed them of the problem. She said she would deliver the flowers herself that afternoon and got my daughters cell number. Still no delivery!!! I called the florist...
