They were very punctual and, since it was a very large home, stayed longer than anticipated to finish the job. His experience in general contracting and HVAC was also a big plus because this home's 3 HVAC systems needed some mechanical work from licensed contractors.
My buyers were extremely pleased with Splglass' work and both them and me plan to recommend him to others.

This guy has a real bad attitude. He missed several things in the home that needed to be tested. Seller even told me things about the home he knows that need to be repaired that this guy didn't even catch.

Homebuyers beware! Absolute worst experience ever!
I have bought and sold several homes over the years and never have I encountered such a horrible and unprofessional home inspector. He was hired because he was the cheapest, he was available - and trust me there is a reason for that - you get what you pay for! I should have stuck with Mecklenburg Inspectors as recommended by my Realtor!
