While they may do a fine job on products that you buy from them. DO NOT trust them with any items that you purchase elsewhere. My company sent in 2 shirts that I purchased and mark-im ruined them both. I should have been warned when they made me sign a release. I've taken items to be embroidered before and never had to sign a release and have always been satisfied. Again..DO NOT trust them with...
