dinner at Mariscos

We just had a delightful dinner at Mariscos. Home cooking from El Salvador. Clean as a whistle. Healthy, unadulterated food. What you order is what you get. Not oily, not smothered in salad dressings. Attentive waitresses, very willing to please.
Attracting a family clientele, mainly Hispanic. When we were there last night [Saturday], we were the only non-Hispanics, but they had one waitress whose English was un-accented. We could see into the kitchen, which was also very clean, as well as was the bathroom facility. Parking was readily available.
We plan on returning when we are in the area.

This place always satisfies my cravings for seafood. It's one of the only Mexican seafood places I know of in downtown San Jose. Good food I can't complain.

Came here trusting the yelp reviews and never again! You don't have much of a selection, the customer service sucks, and the food wasn't all that great.

Had the Dozen oysters for 10? Nevermind, all i remember is that it was very cheap. Delicious/fresh. Had the fried fish too and it was quite delicious. Great...
