I am kind of a ceviche addict. We have tried ceviche in many different restaurants and most do not do it well. Maricsos El Cuate is the exception. Mariscos El Cuate is located on Temecula Parkway near Wolf Store Retail Park (near El Pollo Loco and Killarney's). It is approximately one block east of Wal-Mart and Home Depot at Meadows Parkway/Apis Road. Mariscos El Cuate serves authentic Mexican cuisine served Baja style. The food is the freshest served up with traditional Mexican spices and seasoning. Parking is plenty and free in the lot.
