Being my first apartment, I was very excited to move in. However, three days later I would take it all back. I should also mentioned all of this happened in 2 weeks time. On the first night, the people above us kept us all up till 5:30 a.m. with noise. THEY SHOULD HAVE A QUIET TIME POLICY LIKE EVERY OTHER PLACE. The sink in our smaller bathroom leaked. My room was always 10 degrees hotter than...

It's a great place to live in SGF. I have been here since a year. I have not had any problem. helpful, friendly staff. I recommend you to move here.

Centrally located, close to the airport but not too close, friendly, helpful and courteous management, reasonably priced and well maintained. No problems with other tenants thus far. Adequate furnishings, modern appliances and great air conditioning. Looking forward to pool art in the summer.

Very nice apartment with very attentive maintenance personnel - management is exceptionally courteous and professional.
I hope upper management recognizes the staff and managers at this facility for their commitment to service for TLC and the apartment community.
