I had a car loan with this bank which was incredibly high. I decided to refinance my loan into a lower rate. When I contacted them about getting a payoff balance the person I talked to there was very rude because I told him I was refinancing. He refused to send me a letter or email stating my payoff. He claimed that he couldn't verify my address, even though every check I ever sent them had...
