I love Dr. Bartel and his nurses and techs. His receptionists and office manager are the rudest bunch of people I've ever met. They roll their eyes, sigh and act like you're bothering them. They talk down to patients and play power games. I was very hopeful with Dr. Bartel treating me but now I'm looking for another doctor. I'm a patient and should be treated with respect, not contempt.

I have recommended him to anyone who has back pain. He really cares about his patent. He definitely knows his stuff.

The wait at his office is awful. My parents are in their late 70's and we always have to wait a minimum of 3 hours. It is HORRIBLE that he is so OVERBOOKED. Good Dr or not.

I have been to my appointment early and have waited for as long as an hour and a half. Waiting in the waiting room and the wait in the exam room another 30 min this is just too much of my time wasted. The staff tends to treat the aging as second-class citizens absolutely no patience to explain policies assuming patients know all policies. I observe routine check-in turns into full-scale...

Great doctor. Only complaint is the over scheduling. Wait time for appointments is up to 2 hours. We arrive on time and respect providers time. There is zero respect for patients time. However, this doctor is an excellent neurologist so we wait and wait and wait.
