I only went to him ones and I shallnevery go to him again, My primary physician recommed me to him but I found he so rude and so unprofessional I was very disappointed. He thinks he is a God and will talk over you no listening skills... Trust me find some one else.

Dr. Noronha is extremely rude and unfriendly. He treated me very poorly and acted as if I was very stupid for asking basic questions about my treatment plan. Don't go to him - I only put up with him briefly despite the fact that his office was very close to my work. NOT WORTH IT.

Dr Noronha appears to be a competent Dr. He isnt a pleasant person and is often very abrasive

The office hours are very limited and he only gives you the minimum time necessary .
Individual interaction is non existent
He want s to get you in and out
Doesnt take any form of credit cards even Health cards Cash or check only
That being said my type 2 diabetes is improving

Condescending does not begin to describe Joaquim Noronha. The first 2 visits were great and he was direct, but nice. HOWEVER, the third visit, forget it. His true colors showed.
