He was scheduled to come to my house between 9:30-10 a.m. this morning. Did not show up or return 2 phone calls. Would not recommend this business. Not dependable.
Took a while to contact, took longer to do repairs, blind restringings are already frayed and plastic pulls have broken on 2 of the 4 windows.
Multiple phone calls to resolve in Oct and Nov 2013 ... it is now almost Jan 2014 and still no return calls.
NOT happy, will not recommend to others.
