Thank you.I live on ssi.my rent is cheap. i don't have to worry about my next check or when i am going too eat.the manager of this apartment complex is cool.the people in this area are A working class people.I would like to able to go to work like them,however i can't.this place is awesome.

Clean, ample floor space lots of amenities. I love this biulding the staff is wonderful.

Since moving to Colorado I have lived in several apartments that have on site
managers. The manager of Marco Polo apartments is Andrea and she's wonderful.
The building is clean, maintainted and has a very friendly atmosphere. I
attribute this to Andrea, the person responsible for the building and it's tenants.
Andrea is always fair and impartial. My hat's off to her for the difficult
tasks...

I have lived at the Marco Polo for 15 years. We have seen a couple of Managers in that time. The manager we have now is exceptional!!!! Honestly I was ready to move out in 2008 my living experience was going down the drain due to a Manager they hired prior to the one we have now. A lot of improvements have been made to the building and the manager gets my work orders done so fast my friends are...

I just moved out for a job transfer. I will tell you this I did not want to go. The area is great, you can get to anywhere from that location. I enjoyed the staff and the warm feel of the apartment in general. Also, the balcony I had was huge!
