My husband and I are novice investors. We purchased a 2-family
We were told all assessments were paid.... in reality an installment of approximately 6,000 was unpaid. Nothing showed on the Title Policy because it was a future installment. My husband and I are liable for this amount.

Bill Mitchell and Trish told us that all assessments were paid. They were very deceptive. They lied. Please...
