Since 4D has moved to Yelm I have had several issues that were fixed fast and properly with more than one computer. I have found Shane to be courteous and knowledgeable every time I needed help. Sometime he has needed parts from Lacey that did not arrive when he expected them but all in all my experiences were very satisfactory. I m glad Shane is in Yelm.

A virus damaged my computer. They were able to fix my laptop by reloading my system and they helped me to get my files to work by installing my other software. My laptop is much faster now, and they got it back to me in 3 days! I also like their store. Its clean and has a full inventory. They had the Ram I wanted in stock and put it in while I waited. They lost all my documents, all my photos.... I had a folder on my desktop and wrote down on the instruction service sheet.. please save file on my desktop called old windows They lost it all. And when they recovered a bunch of files.. it was all junk.. all windows images and stupid stuff. All my WORD documents were corrupted, gone. I wouldn t trust them with a tinker touy.

Took my computer in to have infor removed from my computer.When I got it home the e drive was not working so I called HP . The repair man found all the wires to the drive where disconnected. Hum wondered how that happened. Anyway I will never take my computer back there. It looked as if they where trying to drum up more business from me.

My PC was experiencing all of the symptoms of a virus, on top of video card issues. I took it into a repairman I had gone to before for video card issues, and he determined that I had a virus, and recommended wiping my hard-drive and reinstalling the OS.
