I live across the street from this complex. IN addition to having inadequate parking resulting in cars all over the street whose car alarms go off incessantly, they like to have their trash picked up at 4:30 AM with resulting dumpster crashing and the beep, beep, beep of trucks backing up in the pre-dawn hours. I asked them at the management office to comply with the City ordinance regarding nuisance noise and they have done nothing. If you like being woken up obscenely early 2 or 3 times a week, this is the place for you.

Crappy Openlist

Most of the apartments are too small, the halls are always dirty and the heating is very poor, some apartments are at 58 degress, management does very little to correct this problem. They are in serious need...
