Rude waiter ruined first experience

I am in the restaurant business for 25 years. It pains me to write a bad review about a restaurant. However, It is absolutely unforgivable to have a waiter be so rude and inattentive to a table and then add an 18 % gratuity to the check. Being in the business, i knew that the guest check would include the waiter's name so I will say to Santosh, the waiter. you should not be in the hospitality business. You should be in a business that does not require you to interact with other people.
To the owners of Mantra. You have a server that has just caused you to lose a good potential customer...

you have go to come here... most people don't know that this great restaurant exists. its like manhattan inside... and the food is great.

on friday they have buffet for $14 or $10 - defiantly worth it.

I have visited this restaurant like couple of days back and it is still located in the same place 275 route 4 west .

By the way the food over there is really nice. especially the ambiance is wonderful.

worth visitable restaurant .

Hi All, I used to visit this place all the time in Paramus. Now it has moved to Englewood, NJ. It is a smaller, more intimate version. Also, the food is better and cheaper. It is a BYOB. Check it out.
