This is older facility. Needs to be brought up to newer standards. Even TV is small and difficult for older patients to use. Mounted on swing arm behind the bed. If you can't walk someone need to move into position. Then too close to persons face. Should have modern units on wall. Beds are very old and not many adjustments for residents comfort. Many times my Mother would sit in her wheel chair and cry because she had to wait at times over an hour for someone to help her to the bathroom. When family were asked for help during meal times they were told all the techs were in the dining room and there was no one to help.
