Seattle being known for our seafood, there is no shy of seafood restaurant.  One of the newer addition is Manolin.... Liked the pork cracklins and the white shrimp was so good! Especially since they refried the shrimp shells

Beautiful new restaurant that focuses on small seafood sharing type dishes. My favorites were the artic char, octopus and grilled steak. But everything was super delicious and worth ordering. All dishes were beautiful and flavorful. Try their ginger panna cotta too!

Overall, the dishes at Manolin are extremely ambitious in their craze to combine so many textures and flavors together in a single bite. While the combinations are delightful, the kitchen needs to focus on the consistency of cooking the meats, as there should be no excuse for slightly well done beef or overcooked squid.
