We had them come out the end of January 2016, and they replaced the thermostat. The total cost then was roughly $300, $125 for the defective thermostat and $175 for labor. The thermostat was defective and they had to come out again yesterday May 2, 2016 to replace the defective thermostat and charge another $75 because they had to come out again.

If you want honest, search no further. They worked to find a unit that worked for me and my budget. Over the years I have worked with several really good ac companies, but Mann is who I will recommend to my daughter.
