Great food and great service! I had sweet corn ravioli, tuna steak, and calamari. Sweet corn ravioli was excellent!! Ton's of olive oil but not greasy and heavy. It was very well combined with fresh basil, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Good quality ingredients and beautiful display on the plate. Very well done!

In February 2011, Mangia was reopened by former patron Jim Bonsanti, a resident of south Saint Louis with over 15 years of experience in the service industry. Jim has a real passion for the fresh, homemade Italian meals served at Mangia Italiano.

Mangia Italiano serves authentic Italian cuisine in a calm and comfortable ambiance. Its menu includes entrees like smoked chicken ravioli, seafood risotto, pasta di mare, beef gorgonzola, and shrimp pasta in vodka sauce.

Go to Mangia Italiano for a restaurant that dishes up an Italian cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.

More Reasons to Go: Enjoy live music as a part of your experience at this restaurant on occasion (call for details).

Details to Note: Carryout is available. Smoking is permitted in smoking areas.

Mangia Italiano has an exquisite wine and beer list, house-made bread, fresh produce and meats, vegetarian options, and a hip crowd set against the bustling, international cityscape of the South Grand Business District. The menu is full of options for everyone: traditional Italian/American favorites as well as more adventurous original masterpieces. Mangia Italiano's claims to fame are the...
