Mandala Yoga teaches yoga to all levels and offers a welcoming, peaceful environment. The studio is located in Amagansett Square adjoined with Mandala Boutique. Many different styles of yoga are taught, such as Kripal, Vinyasa and integral. Approximately 25 classes are offered each week and one-on-one instruction is available. Mandala Yoga provides yoga classes only.
