The Job Corps Center in Manhattan, KS is sinking fast. It is understaffed and grass and alcohol wich are suppose to be under zero tolerance are being overlooked. Even students with ""weapons"", ie. knives, are not being sent home and weapons are suppose to be zero tolerance also. This center is being run by the students. The residential living director has no backbone and students get away with just about anything. The good students leave because of the things going on w/ the ""bad"" students. How about we get rid of the students who constantly break rules and maybe the ""good"" students...
