Help us make it rightManagement One says their maintenance fee is the lowest in the area. I own a condo in Arlington Arms in Wickliffe, OH. I have watched the maintenance people put gutters over rotted wood. The place is very poorly maintained. They use paint from the 1970s. i painted my front door white and they came back and painted it god awful green. The old air conditioner covers have to stay on the front of the building to make them all look the same, even though it has not been needed for years. There is very little grass to cut, they don't plow very well in the winter all for a charge of 139.46 a month for what? I found out my condo had termites a few years ago and we had to redo our bathroom upstairs, tear out the floor and put a new one in. This was due to a leaking roof. The water company is also a rip off and their record keeping is a joke. I have never missed a payment, but they change the amount due any time they feel like it. I wish I knew the other reviewer and where their condo is. I commiserate with you. YES, management one sucks big time. There should be a law against maintenance companies, they are just thieves. I bought that condo for 50,000 and can't even give it away for 20,000 today. SLUMS.

First of all it takes months and months and months to get them to fix anything. The rooftop and building structure is deteriorating. There are leaks throughout the whole building, the walls are moldy and they refuse to fix the problem. Even the maintenance workers agree the whole building needs to be torn down. The management fees are EXTREMELY high considering the level of service and NO ammenities. Most of the tenants are elderly with exception of a few renters. They (Mgmt1) have no communication skills and make the condo owners sacared to call them about anything because their attitudes stinks!
