The food at Mamnoon is excellent. The service is attentive but not quite as good as some of the other upscale Seattle restaurants. I thought the noise level was horrible. Not only is there no sound-proofing, they play music at a fairly loud level, including music with drums. For the price you pay here, it would be nice to be able to converse with one's dinner partners without feeling like you...

Was really anticipating a beautiful evening and I let myself get a bit hungry before dinner which turned me into a ravenous wolf the moment the plate hit the table. The moushakal small plate is great for an hors d'oeuvres (we were a party of six). Great cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. The spring fatteh (vegetarian) was very good and I'd like to go back and have it again.
