Help us make it rightThat review down there has got to be a disgruntled employee we've been eating here for over 6 years and never had any issues (maybe once or 2ice) when parts of my order were missing but I called and informed them and it was immediately rectified. Te food is excellent and fresh the rice is addicting and the micheladas are awesome!
The customer service is very horrible, I will never ever return. My order was served with a piece of hair, so I sent my order back. About 6 mintues later the non english speaking waitress returned with the same plate of food with the hair. I called for the manager who was obviously not properly trained, all he said was i'll get you a new plate.... All I can say is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.
