I've been living at Malmo for about 3 months now and I really don't have any complaints. Move-in was smooth, my only complaint is that getting things into the elevator is kind of a hassle. You either go into the garage (which blocks half of the entrance to the garage, go through two doors to get to the elevator or climb a set of stairs to access the G2 level elevator. These apartments are a bit on the small side but pack a punch for design--polished concrete floors, high ceiling and modern finishes give it a nice urban, industrial feel. Our neighbors are nice, lots of greenery on apartment property. In fact, it's landscaped with lavender and blueberries. I've been living here for about 1 month now and I must say that I'm truly pleased. The staff is very responsive to any queries or requests that I've presented so far. Considering the location, the view from my apartment on the 5th floor is amazing. There are more windows in my apartment than I had in the house that I moved out of; and that house is about 50% larger than the 2 bedroom apartment...
