Jessica is fantastic. Any problem we have had one phone call takes care of it. The maintenance people are always polite and helpful letting me into our apartment after I locked my keys in there late one night. They came within minutes and didn't charge us anything. The office manager is horrible, she is very rude if you have a complaint. Most of the neighbors are loud at night and slam the sliding doors all the time. They plow the snow late after its done snowing, so that morning is awful trying to drive out of the parking lot. They dont salt the parking lot either so the spots are hard to pull into, because of all the ice. The appliances and basically...

i love the fact that we were able to keep our pitbull, not many apartments do. I also love the neighborhood and our spacious apartments floor plan. I think the apartment can use some updates on the appliances and wish there was washer & dryers in units.
