We needed to get our propane water heater filled at our house. My husband called to set up an appointment and the woman said she needed him to fill out a form, which she would email. Well, long story short, she never emailed the form. So again he called her, and she was extremely rude and stated she would email the form, which never happend. this company will NOT stand behind their word, just recently ask them not to make a delivery for at least another 2wks, they went ahead and and filled tanks anyway, the owner/manager is extremly rude and very sarcastic, would not recomend ever doing business with them, I am a customer that pays on time and should be treated as a customer that expects respectful services, they have no integrity!

The lady I spoke with over the phone at the mallard off 24 almost to cape carteret was very rude. I was trying to figure out why my whole house smelt like gas and she was beyond rude.
