Rich is very helpful and nice. He is reasonable and honest and knows his stuff.I brought in my macbook pro and all good. His receptionist was very nice.He is out to help and he is honest with very good prices for Los Angeles.Without a doubt it does not get better. Rich is a techy and will get what he needs to fix your computer. He is extremely good and the customer service is superb.

I'm sorry, but your front person needs to have a bedside manner. Rich is nice enough and really wants to help.. and he can handle the basic stuff. We were having problems with doubling and he went above average to fix. We didn't fix, its an apple thing. He needs a new receptionist, his rep is on the line.
