This possibly the worse apartment complex in Calabasas. Paper thin walls, noisy kids at all hours of the day and night, not maintained well, very poor ventilation (all vents are connected!), Office staff has no care about any complaint you have, maintnance can take over a week to show up if at all, And will nickle and dime you on your move out until there is none left. Live in a cardboard box in the desert and have a better place to live then here!
I love my apartment complex
The apartments are maintained very well. Lovely cabinets, wooden floors, washer and dryer inside each unit. It has a Club med feel to the pool area with barbecue grills, barbecue pits, fire pits, table chairs and umbrellas. It has 6 cabana's with fans , Tennis courts, basketball court , 2-story full gym equipment. Wonderful office space to use with couches and...
Within days of moving in I've found massive cockroaches coming from vents, drains and just dead behind my couch after cleaning. I have multiple neighbors who say the same so it not just me. The apartments maintinence sprayed pesticides in my house about four times and bombed it so you can imagine how good it smelt for days which is exactly what a mother wants her son to play in and sleep in....
It's all about location, location, location! And this is it! Nestled in between Calabasas and Malibu you have a great balance between work and play. Only complaint is management keeps raising rent prices and are impossible to get anything repaired. Overall satisfied but looking for a better home!
We moved here to ease traffic pains during our commute to work in Malibu. I thought we'd die of boredom in this quiet corner of LA but the amenities in our complex alone are enough to keep us busy. We've got beautiful pools with barbecue areas, tennis & basketball courts & a gorgeous gym. I live in a 2 bed 1 bath with my mom and my 3 siblings. We love our place but it's too small... that's the ONLY issue. We would love to be able to afford to move up to a 3 bed!
